Name : Meat Science Club
Description : The Meat Science Club at Texas State University provides the knowledge on how to differentiate varieties of meat cuts among beef, pork, and lamb. This is an educational teaching club that will learn about where their meat comes from from the anatomy of an animal.
Purpose : The purpose of this club is to educate members about the agricultural meat processing industry to learn the different wholesale and retail cuts of varieties of meat. We strive to educate members on where meat comes from, along with rules and processes of a meat judging team.
