Name : Beta Psi Kappa Motorcycle Club
Description : A club for Motorcycle Enthusiasts
Purpose : This Organization is established to bring people together as a result of their mutual appreciation of motorcycles and the open road. It is also to bring a greater awareness of motorcycles and their benefits to the students at Texas State University.
Membership Requirements : The criteria for membership are, that potential members own a street legal motorcycle, have their safety endorsement (Class M License), and agree to follow the rules states here within this constitution. The final say if an individual is allowed to join will be a vote convened by the officers once requested. We will not discriminate anyone based on Gender, Race or sexual preference based on the Title IX. If at any point a member is deemed necessary to remove it will be discussed and voted upon by the Executive Board.
