Name : Pre-Nursing Organization
Description : In our meetings, we will have guest speakers from the healthcare field, actual nursing students, and nurses who have worked before the pandemic. We will also go over what to expect on your journey to nursing school and what you need to do before applying! As well as going over different nursing schools in Texas and their special requirements so you can start thinking about what classes you may need to take in the semesters to come. We will guide you through the nursing applications and give you resources and tips on how to succeed.
Purpose : To connect pre-nursing students and educate about nursing careers and nursing school preparation. Provide an outlet for healthcare related volunteer opportunities.
Membership Requirements : Pre-nursing student or students considering nursing as a career.
