Name : Geology Club at Texas State University
Description : Appreciation and interpretation of rocks and minerals and the process that created them.
Purpose : We dedicate our time to learning about various fields of geology via guest speakers, field trips, and educational outreach in order to foster a diverse and inclusive environment for students of all backgrounds who are interested in exploring Earth and Planetary sciences.
Membership Requirements : An interest in rocks, minerals and any earth or planetary science. No dues for Fall 2023.
