Name : MindVersity
Description : An initiative trying to bridge the gaps between mental health access and students of color on campuses nationwide.
Purpose : The organization has chapters spread throughout the United States and Canada! I wanted to expand it to Texas State in order to curate a safe space for bobcats, especially BIPOC students. Besides a safe space, MindVersity will provide mental health resources to students, have important conversations and fight to end the stigma!
Membership Requirements : - Academic good standings - Passionate about mental health - Willing to be an ALLY to BIPOC students
