Name : The Sociology Club at Texas State
Description : The Texas State Sociology Club is meant to serve as a resource for students interested in learning about and discussing sociology. We welcome students from all majors and appreciate the various perspectives that can come when we embrace diversity. We value honest and respectful dialogue and having fun as a group!
Purpose : The purposes of the organization is to stimulate activity and a feeling of fellowship among sociology students, to explore issues in and the application of, the discipline of sociology, and to promote the academic and professional development of student sociologists.
Membership Requirements : Membership is open to any student with an interest in sociology.
