Name : Student Volunteer Connection (SVC)
Description : Activities will include Bobcat Break, Bobcat Acts of Kindness, Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week, school wide social justice and service campaigns, along with community service opportunities.
Purpose : The purpose of this organization is to provide the Texas State student body, staff and faculty with a variety of quality volunteer and service opportunities throughout Campus and the surround Hays County area. We aim to promote awareness and advocacy on social issues in order to increase active citizenship at Texas State University.
Membership Requirements : Membership is open to students who are committed to serving the community.
