Name : Eta Sigma Gamma (Delta Chi Chapter)
Description : Activities will include: A) Planning, implementation, and evaluation of health education programs and resources, B) stimulating scientific research, C) motivating and providing health education services, D) promoting professional standards and ethics, etc
Purpose : The mission of the honorary is promotion of the discipline by elevating the standards, ideas, competence, and ethics of professionally prepared men and women in Health Education.
Membership Requirements : Students qualified to join will receive an invitation via e-mail with the following information: Students must be in good academic standing with a 2.75 GPA for undergraduates and 3.0 GPA for graduates. Students must also have a major or minor in Public Health or Public Health Education and Promotion.
