Name : American String Teacher's AssociationDescription : Activities will include fundraising, volunteering , social events, guest speakers, and supporting the Texas State String Project program.
Purpose : ASTA is an organization for aspiring string teachers, helping them to develop and refine their careers. The organization provides a vast array of services, including annual professional development opportunities and access to collegiate network of colleagues throughout the sting profession.
Membership Requirements : Must join the national ASTA counterpart.
