Description : Professional development activities, service-learning projects (e.g. volunteering at Special Olympics), hosting guest speakers
Purpose : The mission of the Texas State University Council for Exceptional Children is to involve university students in learning opportunities and service activities that improve the education and quality of life for children and youth with exceptionalities.
