Description : The purpose of Laurel & Retama Hall Council is to serve as the programming and legislative body for the residents of Laurel and Retama Halls. This purpose shall be served by offering a forum for decision-making and hall improvements and coordinating social, educational, and community service activities to create a sense of community and provide leadership opportunities for residents.
